Are the periodical maintenance and servicing of the machine or equipment include?
YES.
What about parts. lubricants and labour incurred, are they charged to the hirer ?
NO, they are include in the fixed rental paid, so the hirer pays a fixed rate every month.
What about tyres replacements, are they include as well ?
YES, and one set per year, but the hirer can exclude this service for a more competitive rental rate.
What happens when the rented machine or equipment breaks down, will they be left idling ?
NO, you are assured of our quick response to breakdowns. After all, that's what our business is all about.
If there is a major machine breakdown, and the machine takes, say, two days to repair, will it be replaced ?
YES.
Are there any other additional value added services provided ?
YES, we have a forklift 'Operation Safety And General Maintenance' training for forklift drivers which is FREE OF CHARGE, pending on measurability of the fleet size rented.
